For me right now,
We are in the middle of a very cold winter and it is challenging to practice. Its so good to keep practice up during the cold even though we might need to modify a little. 

I try not to expect the body to move around as much as it can in the middle of summer. Let the body have its winter too. The result tends to be a re-enforced strength as spring unfolds and practice will take on a new beginning.
